When importing Flash Video into Flash you are strongly warned against embedding videos that are too long and contain audio. I took this warning seriously and used streaming instead. Big mistake.

When using movieclips in the main timeline, one often faces the problem that the movieclips will not be displayed properly. Mostly this is due to the graphics or text in the movieclips are hidden in the first frame and will fade in or fly in from the one side. This makes it harder to work with the movieclips in the main timeline – it is not WYSIWYG – you don’t see what you get.
